It’s official and I’m really excited to share the news! FOUR MINUTES is forthcoming in English from Open Letter Books in 2021, translated from the Bulgarian by Izidora Angel. The project won the Novel Contest by Elizabeth Kostova Foundation and Open Letter Books. We’re thrilled!

Four Minutes at ALTA42
The American Literary Translators Association has invited us to read from Four Minutes at the Alexis Levitin Bilingual Reading Series at ALTA42. The conference, Sight and Sound, will take place over four days this November in Rochester, NY.
Izidora Angel will be reading an excerpt from the Bulgarian original, followed by her translation of the same excerpt in English at 2pm on Friday, November 8, at Cascade Rooms at Riverside Convention Center in Rochester.
